The open space kitchen captures the look and the spotless dishes with the simple arrangement of all bites - trademark of Japanese culture - come to dovetail with the minimal aesthetics of the Asian Room, right next to the "little brother" of the Soleto, Glyfada. Iodized and earthly smells, due to first class materials, such as fish, vegetables, soya beans, rice, seaweed, mushrooms, travel us to the captivating Asia. The crab salad with lemon sauce, the salmon tartar, the crispy shrimps with spicy cream sauce and the excellent rolls, maki, nigiri, sashimi, remind us why the Asian Room is a genuine exponent of the Asian cuisine. Our journey ends with wine from a fully updated wine list, or any of our signature cocktails.
